So there you go. Done with Grand Design. What a horrible company
Can’t wait until they go broke
The guy who I talked to wasn’t nice at all and said he would put me through to parts to buy the items if I wanted
Getting in bed with Furrion will be Grand Designs downfall. Can’t wait

Going to do the same. Thanks for the update!

And I had no idea your tstat was in the bedroom. That's weird. Ours is in the living area.

Goodluck. Their answer to me was too bad

Maybe you should call them again, getting a different CSR on the line. I have never had a nasty or indifferent person when I called. Your experience seems unique to me. The vast majority of posts I see dealing with Customer Service are overwhelmingly positive. If you can't see it that way, then maybe it's back to Jayco for you. Sorry you had a bad experience.

Mine is a 2021. Maybe they finally realized that the bedroom was a poor location, and decided to mount them in the living area.

After persisting to talk to a manager he put me through to a Kate in which I had to leave a detailed message. This was 2 days ago. Her voicemail says she answers in the order she receives them so….yeah right

Moderator edit : Bashing comments removed

They were good at the start but now that I am 2 years out they couldn’t care less IMO

Not sure about the room sensor in the control box, mine has it also. I don't really care, as long as my A/C works like it's supposed to. And it does.
