Embarrassing question re lights…
So, we’ve owned our 2019 310GK since new and have since spent about 80 nights in it during numerous trips. Yesterday at my house, I was reattaching the wooden valance/trim above the dinette slide out that had gotten loose. To be able to see better inside my shop building where the trailer is parked, I turned on all of the lights inside the kitchen/dining room area. That’s when I noticed - for the first time ever - that I had 7 ceiling puck lights (3 on the dinette side and 4 on the kitchen/fire place side that didn’t come on no matter which switch I tried. I have neither needed nor noticed these lights before. [emoji1787][emoji56]
Anyone know which switch these are supposed to be wired to?
TIA!

Look inside your cabinet with a lot of switches including the slides and awnings. That's where it is in our 303 anyways. Below the switch for turning the gas on for the water heater.

Ok, checked again. Whittleburner, you were spot on! Thank you! That is exactly where I found the switch! Guess we never had a need for all those lights subsequent to initially taking ownership.
Oh well. Told you this was embarrassing![emoji56]

On mine the light on the wall near the door is only for 2 lights near the stairs and entry door.
The switch for the ceiling lights was in the control panel cabinet. I moved it to the wall just below the the thermostat. Here is a link to that mod.
Here is a picture of where that switch was in my rig.

Traveldawg,
Mine is one of those tiny little red switches amongst all the other ones on that panel. Terrible design if you ask me. I love you mid though! I read your mod post, but couldn’t figure out how you got access to where you relocated the switch to. Care to elaborate? Sweet mod!

You know, it's been so long since I did that maybe it was a small switch and not what I was pointing to. As you can see, I did some extensive switch rearrangement and color coding.
Anyhow, here is some of the write up from my mod post...
The wall behind those controls is hollow and provides easy access to the are behind the main control panel (the one inside a cabinet). I made an extension cable with male ends on the new switch end and female ends that connect to the wires I pulled off the original switch. I left the original switch in place but it doesn't do anything (for now).
It was a pretty simple hack. The hardest part was cutting the hole for the new switch. I used a utility knife for that.
You will find that if you pull the thermostat off the wall and pull the main panel off the inside of the cabinet that these is a way to fish the wires from one location to another. Let me know if it still isn't clear.Larry KE4DMG
