Patio stairs failing
I use my patio stairs almost all of the time. They're really a nice feature for the way I use my unit.
Unfortunately, the top step started tearing near it's mounts. The weight rating on it says 450 lbs and I'm sure I haven't exceeded that.
Has anyone else had this happen? If so, what did you do to fix it?

Have you contacted the manufacturer of the steps. They may have advice on repair or possibly replace as a goodwill gesture if the warranty has expired. Those should have lasted much longer... Are they Lippert or MorRyde

I'm not sure who the manufacturer is since there aren't any tags or engraving on them other than "Momentum" on the side. I wrote to customer service at GD so I suspect they'll know. GD support has been really good before, so I'll post here when I hear back from them.
Thanks for the response!signature
