Yes, Sir! There is an excellent video on YouTube on Tail swing out, Parallel docking, 90 degree docking and parallel parking a large trailer. “How to Back your RV (and trailer ‘tail swing’”. It’s on the Wandering Wagners channel.

Parallel parking is not part of the TX Class A Non-Commercial Exempt driving test (though backing is).

Well my tester made me parallel park the trailer. In the Paris, TX DPS office.

While I think some training is a good idea, I don't know that it needs to go that far. I'm not planning on parking in a dock any time soon. Like they say when it comes to regulations: "Anything worth doing is worth overdoing".

You could have called him on it. I've tested in Livingston and El Paso - both inspectors knew what they were doing and knew there was a difference between the Class A Exempt and the CDL tests.

Say what you all want, believe what you want to believe, there are enough customers to buy these POS's so why change?

There is nothing wrong with a business to make a profit. If we are so gullible to give them our money for an 'inferior' product, who is really at fault?

Never had to prove I could parallel park on my driving test. Guess it depends on where you take it.

So let's find out who is doing it right!
GD is better than some, but far from what we want.
    Airstream?
    Tiffin?
    Mobile Suites?

Has anyone removed the coroplast and fibreglass insulation, repaired/corrected the wiring and plumbing at the various locations, then spray foamed the everything, protected what cannot be foamed and put the coroplast back on? The fibreglass is waste of time and money and does very little….
