    22mle dual a/c option

Folks, I am really down to the 22 mle or a shadow cruiser. The two main differences I see are the shadow comes with dual ac but budget theater seats. Mle has niiiiice theater seats but only comes with one a/c. Is dual ac an option on the 22mle

Dual ac is not an option and not required. We've camped in nasty heat waves with extreme humidity levels and our single unit worked great.

Yeah, I would think dual A/C units would be overkill on the MLE also. The single unit worked well last summer for us also.

Our Coleman Mach makes it an icebox if I choose. No need for a second. I do insulate my shower skylight and both fan boxes.

This may not be an issue for where you plan to camp but running two A/Cs at same time will require 50amp service.

BTW - which model Shadow Cruiser are you referring to?

    I haven’t checked but does the 22mle have a 15k A/C upgrade option?

On ours we insulate like @stroguy mentions; we use Reflectix.

Shadow Cruiser only offers 50 amp service and 2nd a/c option on larger floorplans. If you are looking at the 228RKS that is similar tot he 22MLE, you can not get 2nd a/c.

Also, I would offer advice to be very cautious on a Shadow Cruiser. They are built on the same assembly line as the Heartland Sundance that I carried for just over a year. Quality got so bad, I dropped the entire line.

Actually I dropped all of Heartland, which included Bighorn, Cyclone, and Milestone. All turned to junk in the last 2 years. Weren't great before that, but bad, bad, bad now. And then they don't want to pay warranty to fix their screw ups.

we have been in our 22mle for about 1.5 years and there hasn't been a time where a 2nd A/C unit was needed. Ours already has the RV Airlflow upgrade in it which really seems to increase efficiency.
