    Summer Move/Road Trip

My Family and I are moving from Southern Ontario to Nova Scotia this summer. We have our Grand Design 5th wheel (290BH) that we're taking with us, and have decided to take this opportunity to do a little bit of vacationing in the US north east. We're planning on going to a Museum in Hudson Mass. (spending the night in a walmart parking lot) and then spending 2 nights near Mt. Washington (in a KOA we've already booked). After that we were planning on spending a day and night out Bar Harbor way but are unsure. I'd love to get some recommendations for campgrounds or places to see or things to do for the last couple of days of our trip. Any recommendations would be great, thanks in advance.

We toured most of the Maritimes a few years ago and fell in love with Nova Scotia. Can't wait to go back. We are also planning a trip for September in the upper New England states. Curious to see the recommendations you'll get. Bar Harbour and Mt Washington are on my list.

We love New England. My only recommendation would be to make sure the Walmart you're considering is one that allows overnight parking. A lot don't - especially in New England. It's almost always a matter of local ordinances. When you get there, contact the manager on duty and let them know you'd like to stay overnight. It's always courteous to shop in the store, too.

I was planning on calling the store sometime soon to confirm ahead of time, then closer to the time, do it again. Thanks for the info.
