Dry Camping with Water Pump Problems

    2022 Imagine XLS first use.
    Filled water tank via gravity.
    Turned on water pump.
Can’t get any flow or air sputters from any faucet.
City Water is capped, control is set to fresh fill tank.

First, verify that the valve near the pump is in the correct position. It could have been left in the position to fill from a jug.

Don’t know your model but shouldn’t the ‘control’ be set to dry camping?

Assuming your controls are set correctly, you might want to look for the water pump, there is a strainer upstream of the pump with a plastic housing, could either be loose or cracked sucking in air. Other possibilities could be it is still setup from when the camper was winterized (assuming that occurred depending when it was manufactured and when you purchased).

Yep - dealer left valve to winterize.
Also did not provide cap for HW heater drain.
    Thank you for the reply’s.
