Grand Design Imagine 2800BH Electrical Issues

I am having an issue with my 2800BH where all electrical is out except outlets inside and outside the camper. I am plugged in to shore. I checked the breaker and all the fuses, including the fuses on the converter.

Check the cut off switch on the Nautilus panel, that would kill all the 12V in the camper if it is open (red key removable). Ming got bumped one time with similar results as you describe, (only 120 volt working in camper)
Next would be battery voltage at the battery, then locations "downstream" until you find the issue of low/no voltage.

I am pretty sure I checked that, it is possible it's stuck open?

Shore power feeds the converter which charges the battery. Lights and slides rely on a team effort from the battery and 12v output of the converter to work. Start checking voltage at the battery and work "downstream" until you find the area with low/no voltage.
