No, it will not. If you have one wastewater outlet (rather than two), you can put a Valterra gate valve on it, leave the gate valve closed, and leave the drain valves to the gray tanks open (with the black tank closed). That's the only way to equalize two gray tanks.
BTW - ou can create a signature block with your RV and tow vehicle information (see mine below). That way you won't have to repeat that information whenever you post or ask a question - and others won't have to ask. You can create a signature by going to:
Forum Actions (on menu bar) -> Edit Profile -> Edit Signature (under My Settings on the left)

That is essentially the same floorplan as my 261bh without the slide...
One grey tank catches the kitchen sink, and the other is the bathroom sink and shower...
They have different dump ports.
(Pro-Tip; park with the wheels in line with the dump station to allow your sewer hose to reach both ports)
One of these years I think I will connect a hose between the two tanks to equalize them out...
