Are you plugged in or dry camping? You won't hear fans like a regular fridge, the fans are for cooling the back off and don't always run. Forget (Ignore) this...just saw it is a 12v fridge. I'm not familiar enough with the new 12v fridges.. is there a trouble shooting guide in the manual?

RV refrigerators don't work anything like residential ones. Your frig may be fine and it may only need to be adjusted. Take a look at the video below. He does a good job explainin how they work.

Did you ever figure out what the issue was?

Looks like I’mm having a similar issue. Stopped cooling after just a few trips. Fridge is at 60F, Freezer at 32F.

Did you ever figure out what the issue was?

We had a repair guy come out.
He believes it was the fuse.
But he had contacted GD and went through all the test for warranty work.
Pulled the frig out and tightened some wires, checked all the electrical readings.

    Has been working fine.

    To Tktooley,
We are going through the same issue with our 4101 and have been in communication with GD and Dometic and they both keep asking for the serial number on the unit but there is nothing visible from the interior, how did you get the number for the warranty work.

The best ways to get someone's attention are to: 1) Reply with Quote (to the right of Reply - as I have here), or to mention them with the @ sign - @Tktooley, @The DragonFlies

The serial number should be on a sticker with the model number inside the refrigerator door.

Got it thanks Rob, yes you would think like most fridges it would be but not this one just the model #. I have given Dometic all the interior photos for them to figure out.

Hi I am reposting this, is the serial number visible inside your fridge label as our 4101 does not list this number anywhere inside the unit.

We had a list of all of the equipment and the serial numbers from General RV.
