Solar issue
2021 Reflection 31MB 5th wheel. Had solar installed at the dealership. 4 panels, 4 Ionic batteries, Victron energy 3000VA, Victron Lynx Distributor. We've had trouble from day one. It keep tripping the breaker in the batteries compartment because getting just little to hot. With the compartment door open it wouldn't trip. So the dealership put a heavy fusible link in place of breaker. Brought camper home and haven't use it since. Turn the inverter to charge only to keep batteries fully charge. Getting ready for a trip, turn on back to inverter on and then the main switch on and everything work fine. Turn a A/C unit on for a few hours and not much cool down. So turn everything back to the way it was till the next morning. Now no power to any AC units. The only thing is that the distributor light isn't on. Even put a generator/inverter to the line load of camper and still nothing. The grid for the system shows only charging the batteries by both input load and nothing going to the camper load.
Any thoughts of the issue?

So sorry to hear that, what does your dealer say? Unfortunately, many dealers have limited experience with this type of system. I'd don't know the Victron systems that well, but if you were tripping breakers from the beginning I would suspect some sort of fault in the cabling. What size cables did they put in? For a 3,000-watt system, you would want at least 4/0. If things are getting too hot, that suggests there's an overload somewhere.

Soundsailor, Thank you for thoughts. We're not familiar with the aspect of solar systems. Dealership has never had an issue like this as we're told and dealership just keep throwing parts on it. Now that we've had it install it does have a life time on warranty with them. Just getting tired of this hole issue at hand.
Now the dealership can't get to it till mid June and that'll be week after our trip. Kind of makes us never had solar installed.
By the way the trip is to Mane

If you could provide photos of the installation and point out the fuse that is tripping, it would help get us started to assist. So you have installer access to the Multiplus?

SoundSailor and ATexasYankee are correct. I’ve was thinking the same thing regarding the cabling. Undersized cables will generate more resistance and more heat to get to the required voltage/amperage.
Pictures will help determine the cabling, proper terminations, which could also cause an issue, proper fusing etc2019 GMC 3500 SRW Sierra Denali Duramax
