Food storage questions

Hopefully this is the right section, its a mod i want to do, but need advice. No camper is perfect and every camper usually has at least one item that is an issue. Our first 2 campers we sacrificed our bedroom so the kids would have space. With our new 28BH, we finally got the bed and bath we wanted. The bunk room is smaller but can still fit both our kids (15 and 13) comfortably with enough room for a friend. Our only issue is we have lost the pantry area. While our usable cabinet space has more than doubled, we are still trying to figure out the best way to organize and store our dry food. Currently using the cabinet above the sink, but it's very wide and tucks behind the adjacent cabinets making it hard to get to stuff in the left side. For those of you that don't have a true pantry how do you store and organize your dry foods.
