GFI issues

I have a 2019 31MB

Last month I had the recall on the fridge repaired I plugged the RV in yesterday and found the fridge only worked on propane. Checked all the fuses and circuit breakers everything was OK. Check the GFI or GFCI outlet and it didn’t work you could push the test button but the reset button wouldn’t work. I plugged the fridge into a extension cord and the fridge works off of AC current. Using the extension cord. There’s no power to the microwave or the outlets throughout the coach. My thought is the GFI or GFCI has gone bad. Any other suggestions so I can get operational in the next two days.
