    The Hz is OK, MP allows up to 65 Hz if that option is selected. But that voltage is not good at all and could be the issue. That might throw the MP into low voltage disconnect. If InvertersRus isn't able to assist, it'll be a bit of troubleshooting.

    That voltage is high, overall, too. Is that reading off the generator?

    That's what happens when it goes into fault mode.

    This is how it was right before it went into fault with generator power.

    I attached screen shot of how it was performing with loads above. I ran both AC's, water heater and frig with no issue for more than 30 minutes. I was satisfied that we had the problem solved. I began turning the loads off one by one and that's when it went into fault mode. After that it would not pass thru the generator or shore power for more than a few seconds without disconnecting. It's not showing a fault light at all. Just shutting down the MP completely.

    I have UPS and Power assist enabled. I also have Weak AC disabled on my set up. No issues with Onan 5500.

    You'll need victron connect and GX device for error log recording I believe.

    I contacted Invertersrus where I bought the equipment. I updated the firmware on Monday but they told me there was another update. v497. After doing that update the system works better but still won't stay connected with higher loads. Hopefully Invertersrus will have some more ideas. I've sent them video of what it's doing.

    join the FB group, Solar-powered Grand Design RV, there are some extremely helpful experts there. I built my whole system with there help. I dont have built in gen, so I cannot help.
