RV Stablizer on Rear bumper
I see that people use the Valterra RV stabilizers. It says to use on the rear bumper. Can the bumper handle that? I have a 231RK.

We use ours under the rear frame, not the bumper. It won't work as well if it's placed under the bumper. I was pretty amazed at how well they really do work.

I placed my JT bars on the rear sissor jacks as recommened and then purchased a piece of angled steel and ran it between the spare and bumper from frame to frame rail and then bolted the other ends of the JT bars onto it. Stable as can be.

@Hoopy Frood is correct, there is a cross bar and the hitch. Mine has no bumper. Installed under the hitch receiver on the back. Works great

I see (or don't see). There is a beam that runs between the two stabilizer jacks. Mine is covered with what appears to be cardboard.

Also use valterra stabilizers. One under the rear hitch cross beam. Works great and really does make a huge difference reducing the wobble.

I use mine under my bumper. I only have one and couldn't believe the difference it made. I've now camped with just the jacks, jacks and X-chocks, and now jacks with X-chocks and the Valterra stabilizer under the bumper. The biggest improvement was the Valterra.
