    2022 378mbs

    Hello all. New to this forum so am hoping someone can help me out. Just picked up the above RV and took to our regular RV park but cannot get more than 1 channel on the regular antenna. Our Montana 2017 picked up 12 channels at the same site on regular antenna. The booster light is on (green) in the cabinet above the main tv. I have scanned in the LR and also BR but only get 1 channel in both. What am I missing?? Help.

    I've no answer to your question ... but wanted to extend a "Hi!!" and "Welcome!" your way.

    If you haven't already, you might have better luck getting a response if posted in one of the general questions forums.

    First off, welcome to the forum. There are many knowledgeable folks here who are willing to help.

    Some have reported loose connections on the antenna. Suggest you make sure the connections are tight and scan again.

    Moved to "Electronics."

    As mentioned above, the quality of the OEM coax is poor and, with several splice connectors and splitters, there's a good chance of an issue with all of that. In both of our units, I've had to bring a direct line into the entertainment center to get the satellite TV system to work. A continuity/signal checker would be the next step I would recommend.

    Welcome to the forum!

    Also check that the tv is set to antenna and not cable in the menu settings.

    @DDavies -

    Welcome to the forum. Here are a few tips:

    1) If you use "Reply With Quote" (to the right of "Reply") as I have here, folks will know to whom you are responding and that person will get a notification.

    2) You can also tag folks using the "@" symbol and their user name (as I have done yours) - they'll also get a notification that way.

    3) You can create a signature block with your RV and tow vehicle information (see mine below). That way you won't have to repeat that information whenever you post or ask a question - and others won't have to ask. You can create a signature by going to:

    Forum Actions (on menu bar) -> Edit Profile -> Edit Signature (under My Settings on the left)

    Pam,

    Most forum members follow the New Posts feed, so they'll see questions regardless of the subforum in which they are posted. That said, it's best to start new threads in the most closely related subforum one can find (i.e. Electronics for questions such as this). The community rules also prohibit posting the same information in more than one subforum ("cross-posting"). All this helps keep the forums better organized and less cluttered.
