    Water Heater nnon-Operational

Our Gas/Electric Water Heater is non-operational on our 2nd time out. I took my Multimeter and tested Thermal Cut-off Fuse for continuity, and it’s good. Brown wire on the Circuit Board shows 12.5V DC. Brown wire to the right of the T-stat = 00.0, and the Yellow wire going to the Relay inside the Power Supply area is supposed to have 118V AC going through it, but reads 00.0. Could my board be no good? Still under Warranty until August.

Very possible, our last trailer had the board go out in the first month. Once replaced had no issues .

The yellow wire to the top of the relay should be a DC voltage. You have both types, gas and electric selected at control panel? Try selecting individual. Should not the gas work when disconnected from shore power? Simulate boondoocking and see if gas flows.

Neither works. Taking our coach in for Warranty issues on the 17th. I have my list.

The Dometic/Atwood boards are notorious for failures. Dinosaur Electronics makes a replacement board that’s almost bullet proof. http://www.dinosaurelectronics.com/UIB-64.html

I just reread your original posting with multimeter readings. You should have continuity across both thermostats when water is not hot. Check the thermal cut offs for continuity. https://www.amazon.com/Water-Heater-...dp/B08CTGVT3T/

I keep spare thermistors and thermal cut offs in my spare parts box.

Does the Ignitor Thermocouple device connect on that Black round part with the Gold-colored flat part sticking out from the top on that Dinosaur board? You can tell I don’t know these parts. [emoji1787]
