Outdoor fan
Does anyone use an outdoor (weatherproof) fan while camping? I seen it suggested, in a Woot discussion of all places, that they can be useful to help keep pets (and people) cool and keep bugs at bay.

We use a cheap multi speed fan from a big box store. Not weatherproof at all. Just tuck it under the rig when rain moves in. Been using the same one for probably 10 years now. It's been left out in rain a couple of times. I just let it dry out for a day and try it.
It's great at keeping the mosquitoes and no see-ems away.2022 337RLS & 2017 CTD Ram long bed

I used one to help cool my fridge. I read a lot of posts about getting in behind the fridge and installing computer fans, etc. I decided to pick up a free-standing one from Wally’s (less that $20) and put it right in line with the lower fridge vent. On hot days, I could tell the difference on how the fridge cooled. It worked so well that I got 2 smaller units, bolted them together and hang them from the vent cover, blowing right in. This pushed the hot air up and out and was much easier than trying to install computer fans.
