How to remove window shades

Two of the ends of the window shades need to be reattached to the shade. This would be alot easier if I take the shade off so we can work on it. How do you remove the shades?
I do not see any attachment to take off.

you have to carefully remove the surround to get to the shade.

A long shafted #2 square drive will remove the shade surround and/or the shade. It is much easier to remove the surround then work on the assembly on a bench. Once removed I added some glue and snapped a toothpick off in the hole since it will be a little stripped when you remove the screw.

On my 2022 2800BH with the "soft open" shades, first time I removed one I removed the surround. Once I saw the shade mount brackets and figured out how they work, I'm able to use a long straight blade screwdriver to pop the shade out of it's bracket without removing the surround at all.
