Water pump ?
We have. 2021 Momentum 397. We just got to our spot today and i was in charge of filling up fresh water tank. No NFU at this park. When i got it filled and turned on the pump water came out the low point drains. We have a red /blue low point colored drains. When i turn pump off it stops. I am at a loss??

Sounds like your low point drain plugs are not installed, you might find that the one in the hot water tank might be out also. Was rig recently de-winterized and plugs left out?

Are you referring to the drains in the bottom of the Nautilus panel? There should be ball valves at the bottom of them to turn to close.

Yes the low point drains in the wet bay. I think the valves must be bad. I have turned them and it’s not changing anything.

There are O-rings in the low point drain valves that can become displaced/unseated. I believe there are several posts on the forum regarding steps for replacing the entire valve since the plastic ones are prone to failure. Not sure if the O-rings are easily replaced or not in the OEM valves - haven't had that experience. Yet.

If ball valves are left open for extended periods so that the orings dry out, it is very easy to clip (damage) them when closing the valve. Close slowly to allow orings to adjust.
