    Entry Door Question

When we open the entry door the screen door does not stay attached to it. We have to open both doors separately, is that normal? We have a '22 Imagine 2970. This didn't happen in our old rig (not a GD) so we didn't know if this was normal for this rig.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

There is likely an adjustable latch on it. Usually two screws and you loosen them up and slide the latch so that it engages a little better then tighten the screws back down. They are most likely square bit heads, so you may need to pick up a #2 square head bit for loosening and tightening the screws.

Also, the screws are screwed into plastic, so don't over tighten them! (Ask me how I know this!)

There are actually four holes in the plate on the door, with only two screws in it. I found that with two screws they always work themselves loose. Get the plate in the proper position to catch the screen door handle, tighten them (but not too tight) and add two additional screws to hold the plate in place. I did this a year ago and the plate has stayed put.
