2021 was about $50 K, considered selling it since we have not been able to use it and got offered $21K by several dealers. Can’t afford to sell it at that price so hanging on with the hope of using it in the future when life allows it.

Yeah I seen that, unfortunately it is not on Grand Design units. It is on 1 unit they have in stock that nobody would want.

The published special prices at the Tampa show are higher that normal negotiated prices.

These pictures are from the January 2017 show. . Prices have skyrocketed since then.

We bought our 2017 337RLS from LazyDays for $45,000 and a few weeks later the special show price was $49,095

We bought a 2017 2809BH for $25,000 and the special show price was $29,695.

I paid $39K for a 2021 in Delaware. Local dealer in Maryland had the same trailer for $62K.

Actually, I just checked the '22 is $73K now.

A local dealer has a couple alliance valors that are identical other than being ordered a couple months apart. The one ordered later is nearly $25k more with zero differences.

They have both been sitting on the lot since April.

My dealership has a 350g that's been sitting since spring. Same situation there. MSRP is a good 20% higher than it was last year. If it had 8000lb axles I'd be trying to make a deal on it.

    The manufacturers priced themselves out.

Almost looks as if the MSRP is a work of fiction on RV lots.

I'm glad my Reflection 323BHS was the second year of production, and we shopped carefully. Our dealer was one of those superlative RV dealerships that was so good a larger RV chain bought them out for a price they couldn't refuse.

When I purchase automobiles, I prefer to do business with an independent dealership and not one of those big chain stores. Chain stores often don't treat their employees right and throw unobtainable sales and profit objectives on them. The result is high employee turnover, and they're often not price competitive with an independent owned dealership that has a lower cost of doing business. I feel the same way about big chain RV stores--avoid them.
