Seems like you have to be an intelligent shopper nowadays if you want the best deals. Campers are very tough to resell after if you've paid too much. When I bought my previous Keystone Montana from the original owner here in CO, they had owned it for 1.5 years and were $25K upside down when they sold it to me. I kept it for 5 years and was able to get out from under it without much pain.

We like the Reflection 303RLS and I've been researching those now for months. The prices for used and new are all over the place. New ones fluctuate in price by 30-40% sometimes at the different dealers. Thankfully we just found a killer deal on a 2022 that was only used two nights and then the owners upgraded to a larger model. They took the $30K loss on the pricing and I was able to swoop in and snag a great deal at their loss. It's all about timing and shopping I think.

Hard to tell what I paid for my 260RD. The paperwork says $65K but I traded my 2017 Flagstaff travel trailer. I paid $20K for the Flagstaff and they gave me $28K on the trade. I guess I would have had to know the book value for the Flagstaff to know what I actually paid but I'm guessing maybe about 50K?
