2022 Reflection 31MB keeps blowing #11 fuse

First I was having trouble getting bunk slide out. I used the reset on control module to get the slide out. Now it won’t close even after trying the reset several times. The motor doesn’t seem to come on. I’ve disconnected battery and changed fuse a couple times and it blows every time I reconnect battery. Any ideas?

My guess is a shorted wire under the slide or where ever the cables go to/from the motors for that slide.

Can you just 'bump' the slide0in switch for about 5 seconds at a time to coax it in or does the fuse blow immediately?

Fuse blows immediately after reconnecting the battery switch. Before attempting to move slide.

Sounds like a dead short on the 12v line either to the controller or from the controller to the slide motor(s). I'm afraid you are just going to have to troubleshoot things. Again, since it happened when the slide was slid I'd look for places a wire could be shorted in the wire loom that extends and contracts. And since it happens immediately, even before any switches are moved, I'd start at the fuse and work my way toward the controller or slide (where ever that 12v line from the fuse leads to).

Maybe some other will have some ideas soon.
