2019 295 RL Patio Slide Rear Floor Corner Plywood Wet/Dry Rot

With the Patio Slide extended, I can see the rear side bottom seal is compromised. The black screws holding the black plastic molding do not have plywood to grab as it is dry rotted and or wet. The black plastic "tray" that covers the bottom of the slide and wraps up under the black molding is loose. See photos...



I can find no potential leaks on the main roof or slide roof and all corners and edges on and around the slide seem to be sealed.

Anyone else experience this issue?
