    2021 311BHS awning not working

My #2 awning is not working. The #1 awning is working just fine. I checked all fuses and breakers. I am not getting voltage out to the motor
I put voltage to the motor where it comes out at the wall of the camper and goes thru the awning arm frame. The motor does work.
    any help greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Glenn

Has it worked before? My awning quit working or worked intermittently until I discovered the crimped connections just above the awning frame, where the wires go into the trailer. Mine was badly crimped and had worked loose. Tightened it up and it has worked fine since.

Yes it had been working in the past. I checked the wiring where your problem was that was not the
issue. Thank you very much for your help

Can you tell us what type of control system you have? One Control or the old-fashioned rocker switches like we have? There are no circuit breakers in the 12VDC systems - just fuses.

BTW - you can create a signature block with your RV and tow vehicle information (see mine below). That way you won't have to repeat that information whenever you post or ask a question - and others won't have to ask. You can create a signature by going to:

Forum Actions (on menu bar) -> Edit Profile -> Edit Signature (under My Settings on the left)

Not sure how the back of the controller is arranged for wiring. But if the awnings are independently plugged into the controller, possibly swap the outputs? Put #1 on #2 and see if it does not work.

If you have checked for pinches and shorts, the controller may have a hung relay. If it is designed that way.

    Good luck
    Randy and Kris
