Yes, remote for TVs and stereo, but one TV remove does not work. Will take back to Dealer soon.

Mine was in the bag of paperwork the dealer gave me. If you are referring to the Furrion head unit it should be with the operators manual in a bag.

Ours were in the bag when we did our PDI, but the dealer said he found one of them in a drawer and put it in with them before we got there.

No problem. I have two remotes because my first unit was acting up, so JD sent me a new unit and I sent the old unit back. So I now have two remotes for one unit.

Honestly though, this head unit is crappy and the speakers are crappy too. I added an LG soundbar with wireless sub and I just hooked a DVD player to the TV. It works better then the furrion. If this Furrion TV craps out, I'll be getting a named brand TV to replace it. The remote control for the furrion TV is not very responsive.
