Yep, if you want it removed, there is an extra charge. Evidently all exposed wood has to have a special primer/sealer applied to avoid too much absorption of the polyurea product. Adds a lot of additional prep work. I was told the primer/sealer is expensive as well. In my case the additional cost was quoted at $1,000 for my roof.
