I have now set zero point twice with a manual level. It forgets hitch height (not a problem), but each time, it returns to the previous level (not correct) after the zero point is re-set - i.e. nose down, off- door side a little low.

Do you use a battery cutoff switch between uses? I found that mine loses its ZPC and hitch height when I use the battery cut off.

Nope. Didn't use it because I figured it would cut the One Connect off. If I recall from the manual, it will lose the hitch height but I'd need to re-read to confirm.

Next is to check your sensors. Make sure they are all in place and secure.

Will check but this time I leveled the frame (last time the floor). I have no clue where the sensors are though. Didn't see that spelled out in any of the documentation?

They should each be on each of the levelers. Lemme see if I can get a photo.

Huh. I just crawled under mine, I've got the Ground Control 3.0, and no sensor... Now I'm curious.

I assume we are talking about the leveling sensor? I installed my own Ground Control 3.0 system. The leveling sensor was to be placed so many inches (dont remember, maybe 24"?) centered behind the rear axle on a perpendicular
metal frame to frame cross member facing forward above the chloroplast.

Ah! You beat me to it! Here is the video from Lippert on changing out the sensor. Here is the manual for the Ground Control 3.0 from Lippert.

My rear one is behind the rear axle, centered and above the coropast.
The front one is in the generator compartment.
