    2022 Reflection 312BHTS,

Purchased our TT in October of 21, have put just about 2500 miles on it in the last 3 weeks.

One issue, we got home this Sunday and plugged into our 30amp. About 30min later the bunkhouse lights flickered the Main AC stopped and red “lo”. The the fan in the kitchen stopped working.

Already checked the converter and the batteries. I have 12v at the fan. Fuse is good, even replaced it just in case. Found one loose neutral on the 12v side. Neither of these have resolved the issue. I have zero 12v power to the back bedroom or outdoor kitchen. I have pulled and checked every connection I can find at this point.

Any advice would be appreciated I am at a loss and don’t want to have it at the dealership for the rest of the summer.

Sounds like you have a volt meter so you will likely be able to track down the trouble.

Do you have a surge protector? Be sure and use it and see what it says on its display. If all is good there check that you have good 120 volts AC on both legs if you distribution panel. If your not comfortable / experienced with this measuring, suggest you engage an electrician.

You likely have solar and an inverter and perhaps a transfer switch to switch between shore power and battery power for your AC. This is the next area to measure voltages and check for fuses and gfi trips.

Also check that your battery disconnect switch is behaving.

Fortunately, electrical issues like this are usually sleazy to isolate and hopefully you or an electrician can do it and avoid the dealership.

I am so confused now. I traced every wire off the #5 fuse back.
I have pulled every puck light, fan, switched out thermostat, cut and re-striped the ugly connections (3). I read 12v to the fan but it doesn’t run. I have power to the furnace (separate beaker), I have 120v to the AC unit but no DC power to the controls.

    #5 breaker should power.
    Rear O/H witch includes.
    Bunkhouse lights
    Bunkhouse usb
Rear nook light (don’t know what this is actually called)
    Outdoor kitchen lights
    Kitchen fantastic fan
    Thermostat for ac/furnace
    All are dead.

12v to fan dead after that. Fan won’t run.
Is it the fan?!?!? Took the fan out of the equation with no change.

At what point do I drop the ceiling?

Removed the fire place tracing the yellow wire from the #5 fuse. Power to the radio with a yellow wire. Then it drops under the coach. Looks like I’ll be removing the belly pan.

    Thoughts?

Is it possible there is a loose negative connection somewhere in the lineup of components? You could always get a spare wire and run a jumper from a good known negative location to the negative connection of one of the non-working items and see if it fixes it for that item. If it does, it gives you a better idea of the problem.

Also, the 12v wires for the AC come out under the interior shroud, might be worth checking there as well.

Agree with FT4NOW regarding possible break in the negative / ground side of the circuitry.

Idea. String a ground wire through the coach from the ground bus bar and use it for the fan and other items to determine if this is the issue. I have found that the ground wires for lights and other 12 volt items are collected into those spring loaded orange terminal strips. You might be able to find the offending loose or missing ground at one of these terminal strips. I have found several of them in the wall cavity behind either light switches or light fixtures.

Hang in there you will find it hopefully without pulling the ceiling or underbelly.

Do you have any 12v items that are working?

    Yes,

All other legs of the 12v system are working.
Checked the converter and batterie connections about 7 times now.

Still sounds like a grounding issue if you ask me. Might want to investigate where your ground wires connect to the frame and see how those connections are looking (the battery end and any other locations where frame grounds are located).
