Decipher the jargon on this axle sticker please.

So these are the Dexter axles I have, #3500. Can someone explain some of the other terminology on this sticker? How would I order a bearing set for this axle?

    Thanks to the pro’s.

You can always contact Dexter with the Dexter number (4440558) possibly the Serial Number and they can provide you with the info you need to order bearings, seals, brakes, hubs......

There is also a Dexter Operation Maintenance Service Manual online at Dexter that may help you in the future...

If I were going to guess, I’d guess hub face and spring center with the numbers being the measurements between.

HF=86.50 is the hub face to hub face measurement.
SC=68.50 is the spring center measurement.
The bearings are easy. Any 3500# axle bearings will fit. This is the most common sized axle used on RVs. They are available everywhere. Just decide what brand you want

If you send an image of this sticker to the support folks at etrailer.com, or call them, they will spec out bearings and any other parts you might need. I have had great experience with them.

Dexter has not replied since I emailed them. That would be my next plan.

    Thanks all.
