    murphy bed mattress issue

    Anyone with a good solution to replace the murphy bed mattress? Where it folds it is weak and sinks. Neither of us is heavy.+

    How would you store the bed if the mattress didn’t have the fold though?
    Maybe a topper. You can get them pretty thick

    Foam mattresses are extremely compressible - they come in boxes at 20% of their expanded size. Find a good foam mattress the same size and thickness. Perhaps someone with a Murphy bed who has done this can/will chime in.
