Water dripping sound after flushing toilet

Thanks for any help. We have a 2019 2970RL. We bought the trailer new and are not full timers. The shower wall that has the valve assembly on it shares the wall which has the hutch and upper cabinet in the kitchen. Shower valves all work properly. The problem is only when we are connected and using the city water. We have the standard little blue torpedo filter and adjustable pressure regulator set at 50PSI. When I flush the toilet and release the foot lever I hear what sounds like water dripping behind the shower wall. The longer the flush the more drips I can hear. A quick 3 second flush(non solids) I can hear about 4-6 drips. This never happens when we are using our fresh tank water via the water pump. There is no evidence of water underneath the trailer nor on the floors in the bathroom or kitchen.

I have not pulled off the shower valve assembly yet. Has anyone had to do that? If so, was it fairly easy?

    Thanks for any suggestions.

I'm not familiar with your floorplan, but the backflow preventer (often called a vacuum breaker) for the toilet water line is often located behind the shower enclosure since it has to be several feet above the level of the toilet. These plastic devices are known to fail and leak. If it's only drips right now, you're lucky - but over time the moisture can result in water damage and mold. There should be a removable panel in the cabinets on the hutch side to access the back of the shower faucet. The backflow preventers are usually zip-tied to the shower lines and faucet. Remove that panel and check for leaks. If you find a leak, that crazy-expensive little piece of plastic will need to be replaced.

I know you did not ask, but I have always read that regulators need to be set at 40PSI.
your drip could be the backflow
preventer. or a connection leaking, possibly from too much pressure.

If you have the common shower configuration, where the faucet is mounted to the wall on a section that protrudes an inch or so into the shower stall, then it is an easy removal. Should just be four screws in the corners of that piece with silicone sealing it up. Remove the screws and pull it out a bit. You may at least be able to see with a flashlight, or better yet an endoscope camera, and determine if there is any sign of water.
