    Battery question

    Folks, I recently went on maiden voyage with my imagine 2250rk. Before I left I noticed the battery was dead. I went ahead and continued voyage which leads to my probably dumb question. In a 2019 imagine, what is the reason for the battery. I was either hooked up to truck or shore power for the whole trip. What am I missing. I am sure it’s obvious

    And to keep the refrigerator running while in transit. The pigtail may not provide enough juice to run the fridge.

    Not all trucks will supply enough juice to operate the jacks etc without a battery.

    And if you have slides, the converter likely doesn't have enough 12v wattage to run them.
