Oven/range does it work with breakers or fuses?

Hello all,

This morning the oven/range igniter and light are not working as well as my kitchen island outlets. Does it work with the breakers or the fuses. My user manual state that it should have a dedicated 15amp circuit but I can not identify it with the inscriptions that GD wrote.

Breakers are for 120 volt fuses are for 12v

I did flip off all the breaker one by one and the oven light and igniter still do not work

If it’s the Insignia, they use a 120V spark ignition module. Any other electrical stuff not working? The outlets should be on a GFCI, so find that outlet and see if it’s tripped.
