2400bh, interested in swapping out griddle for a grill/BBQ

We bought our 2022 2400bh earlier this year and these models come with a griddle for the outdoor kitchen now. I would prefer to have a grill with grates (similar to the portable webers) and was wondering if anyone had ideas about a) the feasibility of swapping this out with something like that, and b) any ideas on models of grills that could work.

I’m also open to replacing it with a stove that I could put a removable grill top/griddle on to.

This grill came with my Keystone Bullet. I moved it to my 2800bh when I upgraded.I modified it with a scrap grate to use as a table and use it for my grill and my blackstone griddle. The "table" folds in and stays on the camper.

we use the webber q and just modified the weber q to use a propane hose that utilizes the quick connect that's already on the trailer.
