Blue Light and sleep

Tech industry indicates the blue wavelengths of light are harmful to a full nights sleep. My Solitude has blue night lights above the bed. Has anyone changed these to red or other non blue lights?

We just turn ours off
Only use it to see getting to bed without turning on the white part or the ceiling lights
No sleep issues here

Blue light is really only an issue when your eyes are open.

I would love to be able to turn the blue lights off. My lights have a push button that always has the dim blue light on. One push the white lights come on second push the white lights go off, blue switch lamp stays on.

Now that's not good!
You might call GD and see if there's something else or a mis-wiring. The more I think about it they're I suspect a faulty switch. That's what a 3way switch does when one side is shorted.

You got a pic? Mine are not lit, the switch that is. The switches have no built in light.

My 21bhe main switch panel also has a blue light in the overhead lights switch and it never shuts off either, even when the lights are off. Our solution was to put a 3M command hook above the switch panel and hang a cap from it. That blocks the blue light from the overhead light switch almost completely.

Mine has the same but the op I believe is talking about his reading lights in the bedroom

I tried the quick and longer switch actuation, no change. The blue LED is barely visible at the switch during the day light. I’ll get a better pic tonight when the sun goes down.
