Cabinet Door Warped

New 2600RB and wanting to contact Grand Design to try to get a replacement for the warped kitchen cabinet door. It's ~1/8" bowed. Looks really obvious when seen from the outside corner leading into the bedroom. I haven't found an email, only phone numbers. Should I just call them tomorrow? Or is it best to find an email?

Ones in bedroom are horrible

Cheap crap is what GD uses on Imagines where most other manufacturers use hardwood
I am sure they would send new doors but they will look the same

Thanks Rob. I'll give it a shot. This is the only door that is warped. None of the many others in the camper have any issues.

On our 310 Solitude, the cabinet door next to the oven that hides three drawers, started to split. Instead of taking it to the dealer, I called GD. They asked for the dimensions and sent me a door without any holes drilled for mounting/hardware. I understand why, and am not knocking GD. I went out and purchase a jig at Home Depot for the hidden hinges. That jig (by Kreg) worked great. The handle and locking thing were no big deal to mount on the new door. By the way, I don't know what kind of wood this was, but it was somewhere in between pine and balsa for how quickly it cut, lol.
Just wanted to let you know what is involved if you do this yourself.

Thanks WeirdAl. I was on hold for a long time so sent them an email with dimensions, VIN# and pix. I've got the tools to reset all the hardware.

Sent them an email and had the door in my driveway in 6 days. The new one is flat!
