    anyone know the email for the owner of Grand Design--$100,000 and a glue job

    The want to fix the hole in my awning with just glue. Then when the warrantee expires and the glue stops holding i'm on my own

    Will i spend another $100,000 on a grand design... what do you think

    any information would help

    UPDATE 8/2 sent email to Don Clark and Jerry McCarty in the morning and received an answer this afternoon. Grand Design will stand behind their product. They are completely replacing the awning .

    the trailer was less than 3 months old and i never had a need for the awning. When i started to use it ; i noticed if i looked up i could see light shinning thru. There are 2 holes in line with each other.
    Not really a problem now. But if the hold continue to get larger and my warrantee is over i am out of luck.

    I want the pleasure of making my own holes and not have it come from the factory $100,000 less with free holes

    Which company made the awning? It could have been a production issue. The faulty likely is with them not GD. Contact them directly
