Replace Rubber Fill Valves With Metal

Is it possible to change out the rubber fill valves on the 2022 2600RB to the metal ones? Somewhere on these forums, I saw it mentioned that it could not be done. I did not investigate at the time. Adding the pass thru TST temp/pressure sensors. If it is not something I can do, then I need to swap the sensors to the none pass thru. A definitive answer would help. Thanks.

I don't see why they can't be changed to the metal ones. You'll need the correct size and the tire has to be removed to be able to replace the stem. Your local tire shop might have them or know which ones to order.

In plan to add metal valve stems next year when I get new tires. Not a problem to add them.

I did get aluminum valves installed when I got the Goodyears.
