Reflection 367BHS Kitchen Slide floor
Hello! This is my first post, hopefully this is the correct place. We purchased a Reflection 367 BHS in July and took it out for 2 weeks. When we got home we noticed the floor of the kitchen slide is separating from the wall on the fridge side. Has anyone had this happen? We have a service appt, but my husband is wondering if he should try to fix it himself. He is a general contractor and does home remodeling. We are worried about what the service dept will do as a "fix". Has anyone had this happen or something similar happen??

Welcome to the forum. If you could post a picture, you might get some good suggestions. Based on the description, without seeing a picture, I would think the slide needs an adjustment (definitely a DIY project if you're handy).

Not sure I see anything separating.
What I see is the trim flange has a gap. Is there a gap between the actual floor and sidewall? Look on the inside of the refer space and see if there is a gap with the actual wall.
That flat piece is just a piece of trim, not the wall.
You can see the lighter colored wall structure in the gap.Steve- Inventory Manager at Tom Schaeffer's RV, Shoemakersville, PA www.tomschaeffers.com

The floor actually moves on that side. Yes, I know that is the wall, the floor is actually separated from that. I have included a photo of the gap on the inside of the wall by the fridge and there is a crack in the plastic trim piece on the bottom of the slide that you can see when you put the slide out.

That doesnt look right, with that picture, I'd say more than a slide adjustment is necessary. Its possible the slide needs adjustment and the trim put back on.
