I have a 24” piece of 1/2” pvc pipe, on ground that does not slope, is straight. I can place the pipe on the rear of the frame where the underbody sheet meets the frame. It is almost exactly 24”. I then can adjust the height of the lift so I get an equal height at the frame just after the tongue A frame. To me this is a level frame for measuring the coupler height. I came to 23.XXX inches.

I tuned my Andersen hitch for that height.

On tow day, the rear frame is at 24” and the front frame is at 23.5” as tuned by the Andersen chains and adjustment nuts. Gives me a very solid and minimal sway ride.
