A/C fan problem

Both my a/c units won’t switch to high speed fan. It doesn’t matter if it’s in a/c mode or fan mode. Just runs on low fan.

What kind of air conditioners and what model trailer do you have?

I have a 2020 grand design reflection 5th wheel and the a/c units are airxcel

Pretty odd that both would be acting the same.

My 2019 has AirExcels and "manual" thermostats (no bluetooth, wifi, etc.; just buttons).

I would check that there is actually a setting that says "FAN HIGH". I'll guess there is.

Then I'd check to make sure all the wire are connected well on the T-stat. The cover pops off and you can unscrew it from the wall to check.

Then I'd pull the filters from the AC unit itself to access the other end of those wires from the T-stat. Make sure each wire is firmly attached to the terminal lugs. Maybe crimp the ones for the fan.

There should be a wiring diagram on the unit (I think) or in the installation manual.
