GD National Rally Repair Question
Hello,
I have a 2019 Momentum 397TH I recently bought used and recently noticed a couple soft spots in the floor near where the rear main slide rail tracks in. Since there's no plumbing here my guess is the seals in the slide are weak or the subfloor can be accessed directly above the underbelly (driving through a 50 mile monsoon probably didn't help). My question is I have never been to the national rally and have read their write-up from 2021 about what they will fix/not fix at the rally, and the floor/subfloor falls into a gray area. Does anyone know if this is something they would assist with fixing (This would be at the 2023 rally, not this year)?
Thanks!
Karl

Karl, that's a thought one. I would suggest calling customer service and asking them.
That would fall into a more intense repair than they generally do at a rally. Being a 2nd owner will make it possibly harder to get them to help. They don't drop the coroplast unless it's an emergency repair .
Since the rally has grown in numbers the repair limitation has also changed due to the sheer numbers of units attending.
In the mean time you should do what you can to mitigate any further damage.Marcy & Gary

GD National Rally Repair Question
Considering there is zero warranty passed onto second owners I would suggest you get it fixed locally or do it yourself
Like as said above you don’t want it to get worse2021 Imagine 2400 BH

To add some further clarity to GDRV warranties, the one year "bumper to bumper" warranty used to be transferable to subsequent owners......thought this was still the case. The five year frame (correction 3 year structural) warranty has never been transferable and trust this is still true. This used be covered in the Owners Manual and shared a number of times on the forum over the years.

When we purchased our 2019 303 RLS it had 7 months of the initial 12 month warranty remaining. Grand Design transferred the remaining warranty period over to us after we provided proof of ownership via the purchase agreement. We subsequently had two warranty claims that were honored by Grand Design. I don't know if this practice is still in effect but it's worth inquiring.
