Which Roof Sealant

Should we carry as an on road fix-it? Dicor self leveling, or the non-sag version? There also seems to be many brands of the 4" repair tape. Thoughts?

Self leveling for roof and eternabond is the king
But I do believe that LCI and alpha have their own line now that may be more readily available

Many of Grand Design roofs are TPO, and they recommend Alpha systems sealant. I have the self-leveling which you would use on the roof, and other flat surfaces. On tilted, or vertical surfaces, use the non-self-leveling. And eternabond is also a good thing to have along, but the best thing is to avoid those low-hanging limbs.

I never carry any of that stuff along. I have Gorilla tape, and would use it in an emergency.

Our first outing in our 2018 SOB had a meeting with a big Cedar tree in Canyon of the Eagles. Made a huge mess on the roof drivers side top roof corner. When I got back home, I found the Eternabond and some paint that they use on the roof of Toyota Center in Houston for patch work. Highly UV resistant and the guys at Sherwin Williams mixed it to the right color. Made the repair so simple.

Our 2600RB is a lot lower than a Montana 3791. We can now get into State and National parks

I carry, the Decor self leveling as Alpha wasn't readily available at a reasonable price a few years ago. A roll of 4" eternabond tape will soon be added. I also carry a roll of Gorilla exterior tape and a tube of geocell proflex for around the window, doors...
