Water Tank, Guts & Wires Are Lying on Geound - We Need Help!!!!!!!

Last night while camped in KOA Campground the water tank, wires & guts fell out of our Reflections 337 & are just lying on ground. We have called GD dealer we bought from & they told us to call GD dealer that is closer to where we are camped. We called & they said they can work on our 2 Month old but when Gerald explained that everything is lying on ground & in no way towable in this condition, they said we'd need to call someone to tow. We called tow company GD dealer recommended in the town we are staying & he wasn't interested.

We have called GD Corporate & left voice mails, the last call & message was one hr ago, and so far we HAVE NOT HAD ANY RESPONSE FROM GRAND DESIGN!!!!!!!!

HOW DO WE GET HELP????????????????

Just an update........We are still @ KOA campground waiting until we can tow our two-month old R337 to the GD dealer on our way back home. K4 Trailer spSales here in Salina sent out 2 men who loaded the fallen blk water tank into the back of our truck & pushed wires etc back up into unit & temporarily closed up bottom of unit so that it will be towable to the dealer.

Gerald has spoken w/Jerry @ GD Corp several times & has offered his help & assistance to get these repairs made so that we can get back to enjoy traveling to see America...hopefully, we will be able to make MT Rushmore that we have planned in 3 weeks!!!
