Last minute request for dog sitter in Pine Island Minnesota

We are kind of in a bind right now. We are taking our daughter to U of M for her freshman year. We are staying in Pine Island and forgot about our dogs. We will be gone from 6:00 in the morning to 7:00 or 7:30 at night, Monday through Wednesday, and are looking for someone to come by and walk them a couple of times a day. If you know someone who is trustworthy please PM me. Obviously, we will pay this individual. Thank you.

We joined a website called Rover and found someone close, although it was very expensive for 3 days it was over $260.00 just to have the person come in and walk the dogs twice a day.

Kind of a "Hail Mary" pass from the OP, posting on a national forum, the afternoon before, about a very tiny town no one (mostly) has ever heard about....

Perhaps the campground owner had a staffer/teenager willing to do it for a fee.
They're only a few miles from Rochester, Minn - (of Mayo Clinic fame) so perhaps they were able to get hold of a "doggie daycare" place, a boarding kennel there, or a pet sitter (there are lots in that city, but Sunday afternoon not the best time to find something for the next early morning).

Long commute each day. Grew up n Roch, and later worked at the UofM for decades, so very familiar with the drive. Knew co-workers that did it, but tough to commit to 3+ hrs in the car each day....

Hope your daughter loves the UofM! Can be a bit intimidating, being so large, but everyo9ne there works very, very hard to give the students a full, well rounded, experience. I was the one that started up the ability to use the ID card for food services, FlexDine, Gopher Gold, etc....

Awesome! I think she is going to like it. She is really excited, even more so since we finished day one of orientation.
