Furrion 12 frig door latch not latching

The door drops when you have things in it, so the door won't latch. How to fix this?

First off, it looks like you're new here, welcome to the forum. Could you say a bit more about which frig you have? I have a Furrion 12-volt frig, the side-by-side model, I haven't had any issues. A picture or two might help. I've seen others suggest a few washers on the bottom of the door mount to help with alignment.
