New to the Fourm, Imagine 2400BH

Hi,

We (wife and 2 kids) got into the RV thing last year, purchased a GD Imagine 2400BH (model year 2022) and Ram 2500 Diesel to tow with.

We have had many issues that this and other forums have helped me so solve, joining so I can give back a little bit.

here is a list of some of the problems/upgrades off the top of my head:

Hot water heater quit 2nd trip (found to be thermal fuse), also failed more than once (I carry spares now and even fixed someone else's GD on the road).
Refrigerator stopped working after towing with it running on propane (another blown thermal fuse due to wind blowing pilot around) I was able to fix with water heater parts temporarily.
Slide issues (fixed under warranty, lippert upgrade kit)
replaced flat tire (nail in sidewall, is the no questions asked 1year warranty retroactive?)
Replaced crummy OEM speakers inside
sealed up holes in the flooring (causing drafts in the bathroom)
Installed 2 gallon water accumulator

Welcome to the forum David, glad to have you with us. Sounds like you're pretty handy, that should be a prerequisite for RV ownership (or at least it makes the experience easier when issues arise, and they will). And thanks for the spirit of giving back, that's what makes this forum great.
