Shade Not Staying Down
All of our shades stay down when pulled just below the bottom of the window except one. It appears it is hung with the front unrolling while all the others unroll from the rear (closest to window).

Could you reverse it?

To reverse you have to remove the side valance then the top. If I recall correctly (no guarentee there lol ) that's what had to be done with our friends '22 Reflection when his shade fell off. At first it looked like a puzzle but once you get the sides off it goes fairly easy

Yep, easy to remove unless you need contortionist type moves to see up in there. The rollers are held up with clips that you can fairly easily press to remove the shade. The hardest part for me was getting into position to see the clip. Didn't have to remove any of the valance though, so don't do that until you take a look first.

Update - Grand Design sent me instructions to adjust the tension. No joy. They are sending a new shade. Removing was easy but took DW to hold up one end when reinstalling as it required both hands to force it back into the clip. Don't really need to see it to do it. Valance stayed.

I had another shade issue for the kitchen window and GD sent a new one. I'm noticing that the replacement shades appear to be 2-3 inches longer (taller). Maybe GD has discovered that folks are pulling them down too far and somehow internally damaging the working parts. Or maybe the shade manufacturer has discovered this.
